There is something to be said about running as a sport. It’s very basic and it is the foundation of many other mainstream sports. It is one of the few sports where the athlete can be measured as an individual or part of a team. It does not matter if you are running 100 meter hurdles, 4x 100 meter relay or 100 meter sprint, the person who crosses the finish line first is the winner. The Lauderhill Cheetahs track club has been doing a great job developing future athletes and giving them the only thing that everyone wants, pride. if you train hard, work for it and if you really want it, one day you might be able to claim the title of “The fastest man or woman alive”.
